Job Description

· Daily processing of maintenance and calibration documentation.

· Primary customer contact for CMMS related requests, updates, status and guidance.

· Responsible for creating and managing files, and performing internal documentation audits, documentation.

· Primary contact for training departmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

· 50% processing of daily documentation, 40% Maintaining records and files, 10% generating and distributing reports.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent is required, an associate or college degree in a technical field is preferred.

· 2-4 years of related experience in a GMP environment preferred.

· A high degree of PC literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications I required.

· Experience with a maintenance management program is preferred, experience with Informs DataStream 7i highly desirable.

· Will be required to work at facilities throughout Cambridge and Lexington.

Skills:

· Able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

· Capable of working in a fast paced environment.

· Able to follow established policies and procedures.
