Job Description

Serves as Program manager for implementation of Global Project Management Office of ~15 individuals

Creates and actively maintains complex project schedules, identifies conflicts and constraints, and proactively communicates status and options

Supervises staff of 4 director-level program managers who manage highly complex, cross-network programs by coaching and communicating with senior stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in scientific discipline, advanced degree preferred

10+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, supply chain, development or project management

5+ years’ experience in project management

Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral

Expert in use of project management software including Microsoft Project, Microsoft SharePoint, and MS Office software
