Job Description

Responsibilities:

ā€¢ Support the customer service department in ensuring customer issues are addressed with partner in a timely manner

ā€¢ Prepare weekly reports on System Alerts and resolutions

ā€¢ Interact with Customers to identify and support issues

ā€¢ Coordinate with Partners to dispatch and get resolution on issues

ā€¢ Other tasks assigned from time to time


Qualifications

Requirements:

ā€¢ Very strong attention to details

ā€¢ Must be able to multitask and handle a heavy work load

ā€¢ Individual must be able to research, analyze and think outside the box

ā€¢ Must have excellent verbal and written skills

ā€¢ Possess a strong work ethic and team player

ā€¢ High School Diploma or equivalent
