Job Description

• Identify the patient’s functional weaknesses

• Confirm rehabilitation objectives based on the patient’s goals

• Develop a complete, patient-specific treatment plan

• Provide continuous evaluation, adjusting the program when needed

• Primary perform initial evaluations and develop plan of care that therapist and assistant will follow through course of rehabilitation

• Also responsible for writing progress and discharge notes

Qualifications

• Outpatient orthopaedics preference for vestibular or manual training
