Job Description

Responsibilities:

ā€¢ Great front presence and personality for any and all coming in. Ā 

ā€¢ Meet and greet customers/ vendors,Ā 

ā€¢ Schedule internal and external meetings, set up meeting rooms, order catering services.Ā 

ā€¢ Answered all incoming calls, directed them to proper departments or take messages.Ā 

ā€¢ Assist in daily business of managers, perform administrative work, research, filing, sorting and distributing mail.Ā 

ā€¢ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
