Job Description

Job Summary-

• This position would provide support to the Bioprocess R&D Portfolio Management Group. 

• The successful candidate will be expected to independently perform project-specific data gathering, entry and analysis. 

• The candidate will also be responsible for updating and maintaining relevant team SharePoint sites. 

Responsibilities-

• Interface with project teams and information systems to gather project-specific information and data. 

• Perform data entry into SharePoint or other information systems as required. 

• Interpret and analyze data effectively 

• Update and maintain team SharePoint sites 

Technical Skills Requirements- 

• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills 

• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and within a group setting, and to interact effectively with various functional groups 

• Able to handle multiple projects and exercise good judgment in prioritizing tasks 

• Fluent with technology solutions to manage projects including appropriate Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and SharePoint

Qualifications

Qualifications-

• High school degree or equivalent required; 

• Bachelor's Degree in Science related and/or Information Systems is preferred 

• Experience working with SharePoint 2010 is preferred
