Job Description

Key Skills:

Possess solid experience with Workday application as daily tasks will be focused on development and integration with Workday.


Required Qualifications:

ā€¢ HR Management platform (Workday) configuration & interface development experience
ā€¢ 4-6 years IT experience from a technical delivery background in Middleware and SOA
ā€¢ Programming language experience in Java
ā€¢ UI development experience using HTML, CSS, Java Script, AngularJS framework
ā€¢ In-depth RDBMS development experience (SQL Server, MySQL, or equiv.)
ā€¢ Hands on experience in SDLC processes & agile based development
ā€¢ Experience developing on and interfacing with cloud computing platforms such as AWS
ā€¢ Hands-on experience with Spring based application development
ā€¢ Hands-on experience with continuous integration and build automation (Jenkins or equiv.)
ā€¢ ESB experience with IBM Integration Bus (IIB) or equiv.
ā€¢ Salesforce platform configuration & interface development is a PLUS


Skills/Abilities:
Candidates should have broad information systems experience.
They should be comfortable working in an Agile team environment and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Communication skills should range from intra-team technical collaboration through large group presentations conducted at the project/business lead level.
Ability to understand and capture business functional and technical requirements.
Ability to multi-task and be able to represent multiple solutions.
