- Monthly reconciliation of merchant sales data and brand sales data for merchant incentive or merchant/ brand subsidies
- Communicating with merchant/ brand in order to match reconciliation data
- Monitoring incoming merchant invoices until payment by finance department for merchant incentive
- Request invoice to Finance Dept and monitoring payment for merchant/brand subsidies
- Internal circulation for Agreements or Commitment Letters
- Documentation, filling, and distribution of agreements or commitment letters
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Diploma Degree
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Strong in MS Excel and MS Power Point
- Detail oriented and tactful
