Qualifikationen
- Langjährige Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, idealerweise zertifiziert
- Erfahrung in mindestens einem anderen SAP SuccessFactors Modul
- Gutes Verständnis von ganzheitlichen Onboardingprozessen auch in Verbindung mit den angrenzenden Schnittmengen wie Recruiting, Learning, G&P und Employee Central
- Beratungskompetenz, Empathie & konzeptionelles Denken
- Freude an Teamarbeit & Weiterentwicklung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
