Job Description

As the Restaurant Manager at GYG, you will lead the charge in overseeing daily operations and there is lots of variety. You will thrive off With a focus on overseeing inventory and store management, your role will see you maintaining the highest standards of quality, adhering to all procedures, while embodying the GYG spirit. 

We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically we are looking for candidates that have:  

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting  
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
  • Previous success in meeting KPI’s
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service  
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
