You
- Have a knack for fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders - shoppers, retailers and vendors
- Are proactive and approachable, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative - particularly in engaging with mall visitors to identify needs, offer assistance, and foster a welcoming environment
- Are creative and interested in marketing initiatives
- Have had experience, or are interested, in sales
- Have proven that you are self-motivated and extraverted
- Are an independent self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Understand the value of Teamwork and your role in it
You will
- Be the first point of contact for shoppers and retailers
- Support the promotions team on event days
- Be responsible for gift card sales
- Answer and direct phone calls and operational requests
- Ensure the directories are up to date
- Engage tenants
You have
- A secondary school education
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English and French (preferred)
- Exceptional organizational skills
- A growth mindset and a great attitude
