As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at GYG, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations with Restaurant Manager and leading the team through fast-paced trading periods. You’ll drive team development and training, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and play a key role in achieving operational, inventory, and financial targets.
