Job Description

As a franchisee at Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen, you embody the spirit of our mission to reinvent fast-food with hands-on leadership and passion. Your role is wonderfully varied—one day you might be rolling burritos to perfection, and the next you could be inspiring your team to elevate their skills and creativity. Each day presents new challenges and opportunities, ensuring no two days are ever the same. You’ll champion our commitment to fresh, clean ingredients while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety. In addition, you’ll represent GYG in the local community, building relationships and sharing our love for Mexican culture and cuisine. By fostering a culture of excellence, you’ll make every guest experience memorable and help cultivate a team that’s proud to serve and celebrate our vibrant brand.

Qualifications

As a franchisee at Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen, we seek passionate individuals who share our love for food and community. While no formal qualifications are required, ideal candidates will have experience leading large teams, preferably in the hospitality or food service sector. Financial understanding is essential, but what truly sets you apart is your commitment to being hands-on, with boots on the ground in your restaurant every day. We are currently focused on finding franchise partners willing to relocate to regional areas across Australia, as we believe these communities offer unique opportunities for growth and connection.
