Job Description

As the Operational Manager you will play a pivotal role by leading, motivating and supporting our stores and their teams to drive sales growth and deliver results. You will ensure there is no compromising on food safety and quality as well as help build great restaurant teams so that every customer will love us.

We appreciate experience comes in many shapes and sizes, what we mean specifically is;

  • Multi-site management experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • GYG brand advocate
  • Experience driving profitability
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
