Summary: Traverse Heart & Vascular (THV), the cardiology practice at Munson Medical Center, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our inpatient cardiology team.

This is an exciting opportunity to practice in a high-acuity, fast-paced hospital environment with a strong blend of clinical autonomy and team-based collaboration. As a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP), you will care for complex cardiac patients, respond to acute and emergent events, and partner closely with physicians and nursing teams to deliver exceptional patient care.

Position Duties/Highlights Include:

• Manage and treat complex inpatient cardiology patients
• Respond to acute cardiac events and clinical emergencies
• Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
• Practice with a high level of autonomy and clinical decision-making
• Contribute to a culture of high-quality, patient-centered care

Standard Qualifications:

Education / Training:  

• Master’s degree in nursing OR master’s degree in physician assistant studies
• Cardiology experience is preferred
• New grads welcome to apply

Certification, Licensure, Registration:  

• State of Michigan Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license required.
