Job Description

We are looking for an Marketing Communication Specialist

Job Role

In this role, you play a lead role in the design and implementation of the IKEA communications strategic plan for all touch points. You work in a close collaboration with the leadership team to enhance the brand identity of IKEA and to strengthen the connections with our IKEA customers.

A day in your life with us

• You increase the volume of visitors to all touch points through integrated marketing communications in traditional and online media
• You ensure that the IKEA brand identity, values and key benefits are correctly communicated in all local activities and advertising messages (according to the IKEA international positioning objectives).
• You plan and implement effective and efficient integrated media plan with adequate reach and continuity in accordance with the brand objectives.

Qualifications

Who are you?

• Bachelor Degree in the field of Marketing, Economics or relevant;
• Approximately 4 years of experience as a Marketing specialist in multinational company or media agency;
• Foreign languages and level of proficiency: Bulgarian and English: excellent;
•  Able to coordinate complex projects, work with budgets and successfully manage tough deadlines across team-external stakeholders;
• Excellent communication, influencing and organizational skills.
