Business Changers sta cercando Project/Program Manager per la gestione di progetti di Digital Transformation per i suoi clienti (aziende e pubbliche amministrazioni).
Le tue responsabilità includeranno:
- Redigire piani di progetto e di programma con l'identificazione di date, responsabili, dipendenze e deliverable.
- Gestire le aspettative degli attori coinvolti.
- Definire lo scopo progettuale, monitorando il budget/actual dei costi e ricavi
- Gestire la comunicazione con il cliente
- Valutare il rischio progettuale
- Gestire team di progetto
Qualifiche
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in Project/Program Management
- Laurea in discipline tecniche o cultura equivalente
- Preferenza per persone con certificazione PMP o equivalente
- Conoscenza di MS Project ed Office in generale
- Attitudine positiva e proattiva
- Predisposizione al lavoro di squadra
- Volontà di crescita professionale
