Qualifications
We are looking to fill a position for a Senior Cisco Unified Communications Architect to provide professional services in support of its Cisco IP Telephony initiatives, in Lansing MI.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Overall experience with Cisco Unified Communications/Voice
- Cisco certifications preferred (CUCC, CCNA, CCNA Voice, CCNP)
- ITIL v3 Foundation for ITI Service Management certification
- Cisco CUCM platform maintenance and support
- Cisco UCCX platform maintenance and support
- Cisco PCCE platform maintenance and support
- Cisco SME maintenance and support
- Oracle SBC SIP platform maintenance and support
