Job Description

  • Handle purchasing of indirect materials, services, and equipment to support business operations.

  • Ensure purchases are cost-effective, timely, and high quality.

  • Monitor inventory levels and reduce excess or obsolete items.

  • Build strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance.

  • Work closely with other departments (Finance, HR, IT, Facilities, etc.) to meet procurement needs.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

  • 3–4 years of experience in indirect procurement (manufacturing or multinational is preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation.

  • Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).

  • Proficient in ERP systems (AS400/SAP) and Excel.
