Requisitos:
- Abogado Societario con al menos 2/3 años de experiencia en el puesto en Estudios Jurídicos de primera línea.
- Experiencia en asesoramiento societario en empresas locales y extranjeras. Se valorara especialmente a aquellos con conocimiento comprobable en materia de derecho societario y confección y presentación de distintos trámites ante la IGJ y DPPJ.
- Idioma inglés avanzado (excluyente); alemán (no excluyente).
- Profesionales matriculados en CABA (no excluyente)
