Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Sponsorship Coordinator. The Sponsorship Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and cultivating relationships with sponsors to support our organization's initiatives and events. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful sponsorship programs.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sponsorship acquisition and relationship management.
3. Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
5. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Additional Information

1. Sponsorship Acquisition:

   • Identify and target potential sponsors that align with the organization's mission and values.
   • Develop compelling sponsorship packages and proposals to attract new sponsors.
   • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor sponsorship activities.

2. Relationship Management:

   • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective sponsors.
   • Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, addressing their inquiries and needs in a timely and professional manner.
   • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that sponsors receive agreed-upon benefits and deliverables.

3. Contract Negotiation:

   • Negotiate sponsorship agreements and contracts to achieve mutually beneficial terms.
   • Ensure that all contractual obligations are met, and both parties are satisfied with the partnership.

4. Event Coordination:

   • Work closely with event planning teams to integrate sponsorships seamlessly into events.
   • Coordinate logistics, branding, and promotional activities related to sponsored events.
   • Provide on-site support during events to ensure sponsors' needs are met.

5. Marketing and Promotion:

   • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns highlighting sponsors.
   • Maximize visibility for sponsors through various channels, including social media, press releases, and event signage.

6. Performance Evaluation:

   • Track and evaluate the success of sponsorship programs against established KPIs.
   • Provide regular reports and updates to internal stakeholders and sponsors.
