We're growing — and data engineering is at the heart of it. We're looking for someone who knows how to build robust, scalable data pipelines and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty across the full data stack. You're comfortable in Azure environments, and you're ready to take on client projects across different industries — ideally with exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric.
What will you do:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures using tools like Snowflake, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric
- Work on end-to-end data engineering projects — from raw data ingestion to clean, reliable outputs ready for analytics and modelling
- Identify and implement ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and project managers — translating technical complexity into clear solutions
- Contribute to knowledge sharing through internal sessions, webinars, and tech talks
- Keep growing: learn new tools, earn certifications, and bring that knowledge back to the team
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in data engineering or a closely related role
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Python
- Solid experience with Azure and at least one of Snowflake, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric
- Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline design
- Confident communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on, proactive approach — you take ownership and follow through
- Drive to deliver quality work that genuinely meets client needs
- Willingness to keep learning — new tools, new certifications, new domains
- Experience with BI or visualization tools is a plus
- Business consulting background or understanding of client-facing projects is a plus
- Fluent Czech and English on a professional level
What can you expect:
- Work on international projects using cutting-edge data tools – seriously, the best tech available
- Solid benefits package: extra 10 days of leave, Multisport card, generous annual learning budget, open bonus structure, local and international knowledge sharing sessions, and more
- Hybrid flexibility – we meet in the Prague office regularly (around 2–3 days a week), and you’re free to choose what works best for you beyond that
- AI-friendly by default – we stay current, experiment with new tools, and treat AI as a genuine work partner
- Genuinely collaborative culture, that actually means something: real teamwork, support, knowledge sharing, flexibility and fun
- Continuous learning and development to keep your skills sharp
- A diverse, global team of friendly data professionals, who really get along
- If you're a keen sportsman, you'll find plenty of company here 🏃♀️
