Job Description

Your responsibilities:

• Analyze equipment malfunctions, investigate the cause of  failures and determine appropriate corrective actions.
• Install software upgrades on our systems to enable new features for our customers.
• Use your technical knowledge and problem solving skills to support our on-site and first level team to promptly resolve  issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Perform routine inspections of our systems to identify potential issues and proactively address them before they become critical problems.
• Work closely with R&D engineers and other stakeholders to gather relevant information, share ideas and develop effective solutions to complex  system problems.
• Recommend and implement preventive maintenance plans, including regular maintenance, repair and replacement of components, to optimize asset performance and extend asset life.
• Keep accurate records of troubleshooting activities, including observations, test results and recommended solutions. Produce detailed and traceable reports to communicate findings and recommended solutions to management and relevant departments.

Qualifications

We are looking for a passionate and talented professional to join our team. You’re a great fit if you have:

• Master´s degree in Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical or software systems or machinery, preferably in a datacenter,  industrial or manufacturing environment. Semiconductor experience is a plus.
• Experience with Linux in HPC environments, knowledge of high-speed interconnects (Infiniband) is a plus
• Practical experience in Python programming, a strong understanding of Network Technology, Git experience beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex software problems, identify root causes, and develop innovative solutions. Strong attention to detail and excellent troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams, explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and produce clear and concise reports.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
