Our primary objective is to facilitate the growth of businesses within the United States by providing comprehensive support in management, operations, budgeting, marketing, hiring, and onboarding processes.


We’re hiring an Events Specialist to support the execution of high-volume, in-person dinner events in New York, London, and Boston. You'll manage backend coordination, email comms, RSVP tracking, and ensure smooth workflows using tools like Splash and Airtable.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate event details across internal tools
  • Coordinate email communications to hosts and sponsors
  • Track RSVPs, cancellations, and final attendee confirmations
  • Keep status updates current and flag issues proactively
  • Support documentation and playbook creation for future hires


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination or management
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
  • Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have working knowledge of Airtable
  • Experience with Splash or similar event platforms preferred
  • Comfortable managing logistics, timelines, and multiple stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The Details:

This position is full-time, and remote from Monday to Friday.

Standard work hours are 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST (New York time zone).

The salary range for this is dependent on location, experience, and skills.
