Ori Wedding Agency is seeking for the Wedding planning assistant to join its team. The wedding agency works with couples from all over the world. We specialize in both official marriage registration and weddings with different budgets. As of 2024, Ori is one of the leaders in the Georgian wedding market. Now Ori Wedding has expanded its reach to Cyprus and Greece.
Job Description
- Carrying out of different tasks related to wedding planning and organization.
- Supporting wedding planning department in all necessary matters (document processing, information gathering, helping with wedding props and etc.)
- Communication with notary
- Working with documents: translation, delivery and etc.
- Project management in CRM system
- Maintaining reports
- Communication with vendors and venues
- Organization of official marriage registration in Justice House and wedding halls
Our conditions of employment:
- Competitive salary (fix 1000 GEL + bonus)
- Work in a cozy company office in the center of Tbilisi, Georgia.
- Working hours: 5/2 from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00 (but a job in the wedding industry sometimes requires non-standard work schedule)
- Mobile phone compensation.
- Corporate Health Insurance after passing the trial period.
Qualifications
It is important to us that a candidate:
- Fluently and competently speaks English, Georgian and Russian (at least Upper-intermediate)
- Has experience with working with documents.
- Has experience in working with CRM systems.
- Has good knowledge of MC office especially Excel
- Advanced user of all types of messengers
- Is resilient, positive and knows how to act in force majeure situations
- Experience in event-industry will be a plus
