Job Description

This job’s primary purpose is to provide excellent customer service to all guests, escort guests to their accommodations, and offer timeshare presentations to guests. As Resort Marketing Representative at Westgate River Ranch resort and Rodeo you will help promote Westgate Resorts through arranging tours for qualified potential timeshare purchasers, and providing concierge services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes, but not limited to, the following:


• Greet all guest checking into the resort lobby with an energetic and welcoming smile
• Assist with the check in process
• Answer questions guest have about the resort, activities, amenities, and local attractions
• Assist guest in booking activities and local attractions
• Assist sales team with service-related duties
• Presents and arranges Westgate Resorts timeshare tours to qualified guests

Must have bubbly personality and possess excellent customer service skills and can work well with others. Must be computer literate.
