Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish ensuring completion on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
ā€¢ Serve as the point of contact for project management staff, subcontractors, building owners and managers, building engineers, architects, and more
ā€¢ Generate detailed and accurate conceptual budgets from space plans, and/or renderings and/or scope notes
ā€¢ Conduct meetings with clients, architects, and other partners to provide project updates
ā€¢ Manage project life cycle including subcontractor negotiations and buyout, project scheduling, material procurement, RFI's, pencil draws, change order management, and project close out

Qualifications

ā€¢ Bachelor's degree
ā€¢ Minimum 2 years of industry experience
ā€¢ Goal-oriented -- ability to react quickly to changing circumstances and still achieve the desired end results
ā€¢ Calm and professional demeanor, even in high-pressure situations
ā€¢ Strong understanding of project cost analysis
ā€¢ Experience with project management software is a plus (Procore, On-Screen Takeoff, Timberline, Salesforce, Microsoft Project)
