Needham Health Home is a collaborative family medicine clinic that provides comprehensive primary care to its community. The practice is comprised of five physicians working together in a supportive team-based environment, alongside a dedicated family practice nurse who assists with chronic disease management, preventative care, and patient education. The clinic utilizes the Med Access EMR system to support efficient documentation, care coordination, and communication within the team. With an established panel of patients and experienced clerical staff in place, Needham Health Home offers a well-organized practice environment that supports both physicians and patients in delivering high-quality, accessible care.

Job Description

Neeham Health Home is seeking a Family Physician to provide Locum coverage for the following dates:

June 22th to July 7th, 2026
June 29th to July 14th, 2026

Locum physicians provide coverage for family practices, including inpatient and nursing home care, as well as specialist hospital and office coverage as requested. Compensation includes a minimum daily income guarantee of $1,200 for family physicians ($600 for half-day), with additional earnings if shadow billings exceed this amount. Travel expenses, including kilometrage, per diems, accommodations (up to $300 per night), and airfare (up to $1,500), are reimbursed, along with travel time up to 10 hours per week. Licensing fees for CPSNS are covered, and locum physicians may claim Facility On Call fees under specific conditions.
