Job Description
Intégré(e) au bureau d'études vos missions seront les suivantes :
- Chiffrage des dossiers Bâtiment en TCE afin d’élaborer l’enveloppe financière du projet
- Consultations et négociations auprès des fournisseurs et sous-traitants
- Définition des moyens techniques et financiers nécessaires à la réalisation de l’opération
- Analyse des offres et propositions de variantes et solutions techniques innovantes pour optimiser le prix proposé
- Suivi de chantier ou mise au point technique
Vous interviendrez comme véritable "bras droit" du responsable BE et aurez, à ce titre, des missions complémentaires (celles ci seront à définir avec le futur collaborateur).
Qualifications
Vous disposez :
- Au moins 5 ans d’expérience sur une fonction similaire ou en chiffrage de lots techniques.
- Gout du travail en équipe et missions polyvalentes
- Vous êtes curieux, dynamique et volontaire
