Notre cabinet Manpower Conseil Recrutement recherche pour son client, un acteur mondial dans la conception de solutions pharmaceutiques, un Technicien Support Informatique – anglais H/F.
Job Description
Au sein de l’équipe informatique de leur site basé à La Verpillère, vous travaillez conjointement avec l’administrateur systèmes sur le parc informatique, qui est composé d’environ 200 postes de travail, 50 serveurs (dont Hyper-V) et de 70 imprimantes.
C’est dans ce cadre que vous êtes amené à :
- Prendre en charge le support N1-N2 matériel et logiciel (en environnement Microsoft), à distance ou directement auprès des utilisateurs du site, des PC et des serveurs #FullMicrosoft
- Participer à des projets de déploiements IT globaux, par exemple une migration vers Windows 10, ou l’installation d’Office 2013
- Assurer le relai de l’administrateur système en cas de besoin et oui #TeamWork
- Et d’autres missions transverses à découvrir… sans oublier les utilisateurs anglophones du site #ILoveEnglish
Qualifications
Fort d’une expérience de 2 ans minimum, vous savez faire preuve d’autonomie et avez de bonnes qualités relationnelles.
Rigueur et esprit d’analyse sont vos atouts pour assurer des bons diagnostics.
D'un point de vue technique :
- Environnements Microsoft Windows 7 à 10, serveurs 2008 à 2012, Hyper-V
- Office 365 et Office 2010
- Notions en ToiP et connaissances Cisco appréciées
