Manpower CABINET DE RECRUTEMENT DE LYON recherche pour son client, Société de fabrication en mécanique et outillage de précision, un Contrôleur Qualité Usinage en 2 x 8 (H/F)
Job Description
En tant que Contrôleur Qualité Usinage, vous :
- Contrôlez et validez les pièces usinées (nouvelles industrialisations ou séries)
- Programmez sur machine 3D Hexagon - Logiciel PC DMIS
- Rédigez et archiver les rapports de contrôle et échantillons initiaux
- Utilisez les moyens conventionnels : colonne de mesure, rugosimètre, micromètre, contrôle propreté (gravimétrie, granulométrie)
- Traitez les non conformités en atelier
- Expertisez les résultats
- Etes un support technique sur les réglages en atelier
- Etes force de proposition et d'amélioration
Qualifications
Vous disposez d'une formation type Bac +2 qualité et vous avez une expérience de minimum 5 années dans l'industrie sur le même type de poste.
Doté d'un bon relationnel, vous êtes une personne diplomate et pédagogue.
Leader, vous aimez manager des équipes et êtes rigoureux dans vos missions.

- Entre 24K€ et 26K€ selon expérience.
