Manpower CABINET DE RECRUTEMENT DE LYON recherche pour son client, un cabinet spécialisé dans les secteurs de l’expertise comptable, audit et conseil, un Gestionnaire paie (H/F) dans le cadre d'une création de poste.
Job Description
Rattaché(e) au Responsable du service, vous prendrez en main un portefeuille client diversifié et gérerez:
- La création des dossiers clients sur le logiciel de paie SILAE,
- La réalisation des bulletins de salaire,
- Les déclarations mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles ainsi que les déclarations de formation, taxe d’apprentissage, etc.
De plus, vous assurerez le conseil social de premier niveau auprès de votre clientèle : contrats de travail, DUE, congés, affiliations aux caisses de retraite et de prévoyance, attestation maladie, maternité, etc.
Qualifications
Vous êtes titulaire d'un BAC +3 en paie (Licence professionnelle) et justifiez d’une expérience de 2 ans minimum sur un poste similaire acquise si possible au sein d’un cabinet ou chez un prestataire de paie.
Vous savez concilier polyvalence, aisance relationnelle et sens du contact client.
