Job Description
Sous la responsabilité du responsable de pôle, Vous aurez pour principale mission d’assister par mail et/ou par téléphone les clients utilisateurs du logiciel.
Qualifications
Véritable expert(e), vous devez impérativement maîtriser la paie (2 ans d'expérience minimum) afin de pouvoir accompagner au mieux les clients.
Une formation en interne sur le logiciel est prévue.
- Excellent relationnel, sens du contact
- Appétence vis-à-vis des paramétrages du logiciel, de l’informatique
- Etre à l’aise à l’oral et à l’écrit (bon orthographe)
Vous êtes autonome et faite preuve de force de propositions afin d’apporter des solutions / des conseils.
