Manpower Conseil Recrutement recrute pour son client, TPE spécialisée dans la réparation d’engins de Travaux Publics, un Mécaniciens d’Engins TP H/F en CDI pour intervenir sur la région Rhône Alpes.
Job Description
Rattaché au directeur, lui-même mécanicien, vous intervenez sur le site des clients afin d’établir un diagnostic et planifier les interventions si ces dernières nécessitent plusieurs passages. Vous intervenez en maintenance préventive et curative. Vos missions sont les suivantes :
- Réaliser un diagnostic
- Avoir une démarche de conseil auprès de vos clients pour leur proposer les solutions envisageables
- Effectuer la maintenance des équipements
- Procéder au paramétrage et à la mise en route du matériel
- Prendre connaissance et respecter les procédures internes à l’entreprise (règle de sécurité)
- Reporting : client et supérieur hiérarchique
Qualifications
Diplômé d’un bac professionnel / BTS Maintenance Engins de TP, Agricola, Poids Lourds, vous justifiez d’une première expérience réussie d’a minima 3 ans (alternance possible).
Vous êtes rigoureux, autonome et avez le sens du service client. Vous souhaitez intégrer une petite entreprise dynamique qui a su convaincre ses clients grâce à son expertise et son savoir faire.
Rémunération : 2100€ - 2400€ brut/mois x 12 mois + intéressement / participation
Horaires : Démarrage à 7h30/8h00 (base 35h – horaires supplémentaires récupérées ou rémunérées)
