Manpower Conseil Recrutement recherche pour son client, entreprise spécialisée dans les systèmes automatisés, un Technicien de maintenance automatisme Hotline (H/F) en CDI.
Job Description
Au sein d'une équipe à taille humaine, vous devez conseiller et aider vos interlocuteurs dans la résolutions de problèmes liés aux équipements mis à disposition par la société. Vos missions :
- Vérifier et viser chaque jour la feuille d'activité journalière
- Accueillir et conseiller les clients par téléphone
- Assurer l'assistance technique téléphonique
- Suivre la gestion du SAV et des réparations
- Création de devis
- Accueillir les clients et gérer les commandes à emporter (magasin)
- Assurer ponctuellement des formations techniques pour les clients et/ou les commerciaux
Qualifications
Idéalement issu d'une formation en automatisme / électricité (bac+2 minimum), vous avez le sens du service client et êtes à l'aise au téléphone. Vous recherchez un poste sédentaire évolutif.
Vous êtes autonome, curieux et force de proposition.
Profil junior accepté.
Salaire : Fixe (12 mois) + TR + mutuelle
Permis B exigé (véhicule de société prêté pour tout déplacement extérieur)
