Job Description

The Customer Success Advocate will work on strengthening client relationships in order to improve client retention and sales growth. 

Responsibilities

  • Works one-on-one with clients
  • Identifies and assess customers’ needs
  • Handles customer feedback and provides appropriate solutions / alternatives
  • Builds sustainable relationships and trust with customers
  • Meets customer service team sales targets
  • Keeps records of customer interactions and file documents
  • Coordinates with the administration and the after-sales department

Qualifications

  • Degree: Bachelor Degree
  • Personal Skills: Good communication, high common sense
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, IMS
  • Languages: Arabic & English are a must; French is a plus
