Job Description

• Follow brand guidelines and come up with the best creative and innovative solutions for clients.
• Work following creative brief and show understanding and relevance to the client’s target audience.
• Present design concepts that meet the clients’ business objectives and that advance their digital and social media brand strategy.
• Handle one to two projects through the design process from concept to final sign off.
• Pitch multiple design concepts’ options for a campaign or project.
• Create visuals graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as packaging, displays, logos, or imagery for print and digital uses including banner ads, social media posts, website graphics, etc.
• Maintain effective communications paths using a variety of typography and artistic effects to achieve brand identity.
• Transform statistical data into visual graphics and diagrams, often creating infographics, which can make complex ideas more accessible.
• Create reusable assets like UI kits and icons.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, complete high-fidelity designs and write detailed specs.
• Benchmark competitors and browse online libraries for inspiration and resources.
• Conduct user research to understand customers’ needs better and help improve the user experience.
• Stay aware of the latest trends and innovations and aim continuous self-development of his own portfolio.
• Train designers to ensure transfer of know-how in specific solutions for successful creative activities.
• Collaborate closely on small-scale projects with content creators adapting design concepts to content so that images and text work together in a specific layout.
• Work internally with video editors/ animators to develop concepts and prepare animation files.
• Adhere to all intouch policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
• Promote and maintain commitment to intouch’s culture and spirit.
• Nurture a healthy creative innovative work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic design, Fine arts, Visual Communication or any relevant field
• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience (graphic designer, visual designer, web designer)
• Portfolio in a creative agency, company’s marketing department or freelancer
