Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Doha, Qatar. The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. Duties include welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and directing visitors to the appropriate department. The Front Desk Receptionist will also be responsible for maintaining patient records and ensuring compliance with confidentiality policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer skills
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
