Position Overview: 
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Influencer Manager with a strong business development capability and persuasive skills to recruit live streamers for our live streaming eCommerce platform. As the Influencer Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with influential live streamers to drive engagement and sales on our platform. Your expertise in eCommerce and live streaming will be instrumental in creating successful influencer marketing campaigns and expanding our reach in the rapidly evolving online retail space.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development and Influencer Recruitment:

- Utilize your persuasive abilities and industry expertise to identify and recruit high-profile live streamers, content creators, and influencers for our live streaming eCommerce platform.

- Proactively engage with potential influencers, showcasing the benefits of partnering with our platform and how it aligns with their brand and audience.

2. Relationship Management:

- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with live streamers, providing ongoing support and assistance to ensure successful and authentic campaigns.

- Be the main point of contact for influencers, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests promptly.

3. eCommerce and Live Streaming Expertise:

- Leverage your experience in eCommerce and live streaming to provide valuable insights and recommendations to improve the user experience on our platform.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging live streaming eCommerce technologies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven track record of successfully recruiting and managing influencers for live streaming eCommerce platforms or related industries.

- Strong business development and persuasive skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with influencers at all levels.

- In-depth understanding of live streaming platforms, influencer marketing, and eCommerce trends.

- Previous experience in eCommerce and live streaming marketing is highly desirable.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple influencer.

- Familiarity with various live streaming platforms and tools is a plus.
