Job Description
- Work following content creation strategy and show understanding and relevance to the client’s target audience.
- Follow brand guidelines and use client’s unique tone of voice to achieve brand identity and maintain effective communications paths.
- Participate in creating content that meet the clients’ business objectives and that advance their digital and social media brand strategy.
- Follow accounts’ editorial plan and calendar through the content creation process from brainstorming to publishing.
- Assist in creating daily editorial content for client’s web pages, like articles, eBooks, blogs, and social media platforms including posts, captions, tweets, and discussions.
- Prepare well-structured drafts using digital word processing and publishing platforms.
- Pitch creative ideas and communication for all media mediums including social media, online/offline ads and campaigns, newsletters, scripts for short movies etc.
- Write clear and various types of pieces per brand per channel.
- Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Assist in developing and maintaining brand voice guidelines to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
- Adhere to project timelines and meet deadlines for copy deliverables.
- Assist in creating marketing content to advertise client’s company and products.
- Assist in creating inspirational, informative, and engaging content to generate traffic, followers and leads.
- Participate in elaborating activations’ plan and social media strategies.
- Proactively researching client’s brand industry-related topics and trends and report to Senior Content Creator.
- Benchmark competitors and influencers for content inspiration and resources.
- Conduct user research to understand customers’ needs better and help improve the user experience.
- Suggest one new trending topic for discussion within the community.
- Stay aware of the latest trends and innovations in the field.
- Brainstorm within teams to develop visuals’ content, posts’ captions, and campaign’s ideas according to client requirements for successful online content.
- Adhere to all intouch policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
- Promote and maintain commitment to intouch’s culture and spirit.
- Nurture a healthy creative innovative work environment.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, English/Arabic Literature, Journalism, Media &Communication or any relevant field
•1 to 3 years of relevant experience (content creator, editor, copywriter, marketer, journalist)
•Portfolio in a creative agency, company’s marketing department or freelancer
