Job Description

Sync Digital Solutions a software and digital agency located in Jbeil/Byblos is looking for a PA - Administrative assistant (Office Manager & Personnel) for its offices.

 

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Provide administrative and personnel services

 

Responsibilities:

Invoicing when asked

Prepare invoices for the drivers

Fill routing for drivers and sales employees

Print balances and accounting requirements

Office work (emails, faxes, orders, printing, scanning)

Check on coffee, cleaning items, office missing items and report accordingly

Filing 

Take minutes of meeting(indoor and outdoor)

Follow up daily on sales employees process and report accordingly to CEO 

Answer, transfer, and follow up on all calls and report calls where needed

Fill and file required HR forms including and not limited to (recruitment forms, performance appraisal forms, exit forms, employees attendance forms, personnel forms, NSSF forms, taxes forms…) Training will be provided

Summarize employees work on a daily basis to CEO 

Call suppliers for office equipment

Call customers for collection

Coordinate with employees to fill and sign files and file them in employee's files accordingly

 

 Requirements

BA, BT, TS  or equivalent
