Job Description
- Directs all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, administration & sales
- Assesses local market conditions & identifies current and prospective sales opportunities
- Develops forecasts, financial objectives & business plans
- Addresses customer & employee satisfaction issues promptly
- Networks to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
- Shares knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
- Locates areas of improvement and proposes corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
- Prepares reports on sales
- Creates sales orders or contracts for products or services
- Creates sales strategies to ensure that sales targets are met
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical working environment
- Effective communication & interpersonal skills
- Effective team leadership skills
- Excellent selling, prospecting & customer service skills
- Excellent decision making & problem-solving skills
