We are Matajer Alarabiah Trading Co. – Food distribution company, importing food from different part of the world . Main customers are hotels, restaurants, cafes and catering services. Matajer operates in 4 regions in KSA.
Job Description
Key Accountability:
•Responsible for managing and servicing existing outlets while prospecting and developing new accounts with a focus on building long term customer relationships and increasing sales revenue in the HORECA Segment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Achieve targeted sales volume and value through daily visits to customers according to route plan.
• Collect due payments through following up with customers to contribute to the targeted cashflow percentage.
• Ensure moving all registered customers through continuous communication, reviewing orders history, negotiation, then invoicing accordingly as per received Purchase Order.
• Reach to and re activate non active customers to ensure expansion and profitability.
• Increase Weight of Basket size for existing customers to ensure profitability on an SKU level.
• Expand customers ’ base through penetration to new customers and areas through conducting area scan.
• Build and maintain relationship with customers through regular visits, follow up, and exceptional customer service.
• Monitor and audit customers ’ stock level and/or available vending machines, and report it to the Sales Supervisor, to ensure proper replenishment to the customer.
• Follow up with the warehouse on deliveries, in order to achieve SLA and customer satisfaction.
• Update the Sales Supervisor on sales performance and activities through daily reports.
• Employee duties are not limited only to the above mentioned accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned within scope.
Qualifications
Education:
• BSc Degree in Business Administration or similar.
Experience:
• 2 – 3 Years of Experience preferably in Food Services industry.
Skills:
•MS Office Suite.
•Speak Arabic/English.
Competencies:
• Possession of a clean and valid driving license.
• Practical experience in use of MS packages.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent Persuasion, negotiation and influencing Skills.
• High levels of professionalism with internal and external customers.
