Job Description

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and increase engagement with the target audience.

• Create and manage engaging content across multiple platforms, including website, blog, social media channels, email campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives.

• Produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content that aligns with the brand's voice, values, and objectives.

• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.

• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, community management, and performance tracking.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging, brand consistency, and effective communication across all digital channels.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, content engagement, and conversion rates. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve results.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging digital marketing technologies, and best practices. Recommend innovative approaches to enhance our digital presence and engagement.

• Assist in developing and implementing email marketing campaigns, including creating compelling email content, segmenting target audiences, and analyzing campaign performance.

• Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and other creative professionals to produce visually appealing and engaging content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

• Proven work experience in digital marketing and content creation, preferably in the fashion industry.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.

• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as content management systems, social media scheduling tools, email marketing software, and analytics platforms.

• Knowledge of graphic design, video editing, and photography is a plus.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and interpret data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and content performance.

• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into engaging content.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
