Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day handling of social media channels (Facebook, Instagram) by uploading posts & answering customer queries
- Prepare mood-boards and assist in photoshoots
- Set up new items on the e-shop by creating and entering detailed descriptions, features/benefits, and images
- Handle relations with online stockists
- Handle all design and marketing related content (including newsletters, labels, design mock-ups)
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop
- A solid understanding of the use of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest) particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
- Online community management and customer service skills
- Creative eye and great attention to detail
- Knowledge and understanding of Shopify and Mailchimp is a plus
- Video editing skills are a plus
