Job Description

As a B2B SaaS Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our company's B2B SaaS division. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand the talent needs of the business and develop strategies to source, attract, and hire qualified candidates.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand the talent needs of the B2B SaaS division
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and making job offers
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Use data and analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Additional Information

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of sourcing and recruitment strategies, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with hiring managers and candidates
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and other HR technology tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
