    Job Description

    You will make an impact as a member of our Exterior Services team by keeping landscapes attractive, clean, and well maintained. This includes moving lawns, irrigation, power washing, pruning, and fertilizing shrubs, lawns, bushes, trees, and flowers. You must love working outdoors in different types of weather and enjoy physical labor.

    Featured Roles

    • Exterior Services (Landscape) Technicians: Landscaping! Which will include mowing, trimming, and pruning year round. Performs grounds maintenance on the parking lot, irrigation systems, maintaining pressure washing equipment, exterior building, and surrounding ground areas to provide a clean environment.
    • Exterior Services (Landscape) Technicians, DOT Operators: Landscaping! Which will include mowing, trimming, and pruning year round. Performs grounds maintenance on the parking lot, exterior building, and surrounding ground areas to provide a clean environment, include traveling to multiple locations as needed. In this role you will also safely operate a combination motor vehicle of 10,001 lbs to 26,000 lbs, requiring a valid drivers license or certification.
    • Exterior Services Lead Technicians: Lead! You'll lead a team of exterior service technicians, working in partnership to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in commercial landscape management and exterior building/grounds maintenance will be instrumental in maintaining our exterior spaces, fostering a safe and clean environment for our valued customers.

    Qualifications

    Are you a good fit for our Exterior Services (Landscape) Technicians roles? Yes, if:

    • Experience in landscaping, agriculture, lawn care, general maintenance or related field
    • Enjoys working outside in extreme weather conditions, such as heat/cold and enjoy physical labor
    • Have experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment
    • Have experience with irrigation systems including installation, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing

    Are you a good fit for our Exterior Services (Landscape) Technicians, DOT Operators roles? Yes, if:

    • 21 years of age or older
    • Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
    • Successfully complete and pass a driver’s road test for the combination truck and trailer that will be operated within the scope of work.
    • Must be able to obtain appropriate licensing and/or endorsements for operating State if required

    Are you a good fit for our Exterior Services Lead Technicians roles? Yes, if:

    • 21 years of age or older
    • High school diploma or equivalent is required
    • 2 years’ experience in commercial landscaping/exterior building maintenance and leading teams
    • Valid, state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record
    • No convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving involving alcohol or drugs within the last three (3) years.
    • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years, if driving a commercial motor vehicle.
    • No serious traffic violations (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the 3 years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle.
    • No preventable accidents (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the last 3 years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle.
    • Successful completion of a DOT physical and medical certification within 90 days of hire.
    • As required by section 391.11(b)(2) of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, ability to read and speak in the English language.
