Job Description

Are you looking for a rewarding career in eye care? Do you have a passion for helping people see better? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Walmart Optician team! As a Licensed Walmart Optician, you will provide quality eye care services to our customers, such as fitting and adjusting eyeglasses and contact lenses, and educating customers on proper eye health and safety. You will also work with a variety of optical products and equipment, ensuring that they are clean, functional, and up to date.

You’ll make an impact by… 

• Providing quality eye care services to our customers, assisting with selecting the best eyewear for their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
• Preforming adjustments, repairs, and fittings of glasses and contact lenses. You will work closely with the licensed optometrist to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of care and satisfaction.
• As a Walmart Optician, you will not only make a difference in the lives of our customers, but also in the community. Qualifications

You’ll sweep us off our feet if you…

• are at least 18 years old
• have a State-Provided Optician License
• have your ABO Certification
• have your NCLE certification (preferred)
