Rotork is seeking a dynamic Country Leader to drive growth, performance, and collaboration across all functions in the country. This is a high‑impact leadership role at the heart of a global engineering organisation, ideal for someone who thrives on influence, strategy, and bringing people together to deliver exceptional results.

As Country Leader, you will report directly into regional leadership and act as the senior point of accountability for all functions in the country—whether through solid or dotted lines. You will shape and execute the country strategy, align teams behind the Growth+ agenda, and ensure that commercial, operational, financial, and people outcomes are delivered in harmony. This role requires a leader who can operate strategically while staying close to customers, teams, and performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Customer Services and Application Engineering to deliver outstanding sales support.

• Unite cross‑functional teams to deliver the Growth+ strategy and country performance targets.

• Coach and develop leaders, build talent pipelines, and foster a high‑performance culture.

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for the country.

• Champion governance, processes, and communication across all functions.

• Act as escalation point for customer and people issues.

• Oversee new product introductions, local marketing activity, and strategic projects.
