We’re hiring a: Products Finance Controller

📍 LatAm

What you’ll do

• Own revenue recognition processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with product and contractual structures
• Analyze cost of services (COS) and margins at a product and service level
• Support AOP planning, forecasting, and variance analysis in partnership with FP&A
  
• Track sales orders, billing flows, and revenue movements
• Support accounts receivable (AR) monitoring and coordination with Finance Ops
• Prepare and maintain documentation, controls, and audit-ready processes
• Act as a finance business partner to cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring financial alignment and clarity

What we’re looking for

• Experience in finance, controlling, revenue operations, or accounting roles
• Strong understanding of:
  • Revenue recognition
  • COS and margin analysis
  • Financial reporting and variance analysis
  • Month-end close processes
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred)
• Experience tracking sales orders, billing, and revenue flows
• Strong data analysis skills using Excel / Google Sheets
• Background in SaaS, subscription-based, tech consulting, or professional services environments

Other Qualifications

• English fluency required
• Exposure to international operations is a strong plus
• Accounting or Finance degree (completed or equivalent professional experience)
